Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure that all stocks are regularly rotated, correctly merchandized and that potential stock issues (expiry, quantity, etc.) are highlighted well in advance to his line Manager.
Temperature controls, maintenance issues etc. should be handled promptly and effectively with his manager.
Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and inventory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Collect payments from customers and handle cash transactions.
Ensure that all cash collections are reconciled with customer invoices and that he follows the guidelines issued by the Finance Department on credit terms and control.
Monitor competitor activity and report market trends to management.
Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling company products.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years FMCG Van sales experience in the UAE.
Valid UAE driver’s license (Manual) with a clean driving record
Previous experience as a van salesman is a must.
Able to driver 3 Ton Pickup
Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Basic mathematical skills to handle cash transactions.
Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of products.
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Age limit: 25 – 40
Education: High School or Equivalent
